Anthony Chow has over 30 years of experience integrating human resources management, business strategy, operations, finance, and consulting to deliver transformation and profitability. At Esquel Group, a vertical apparel manufacturer, he managed HR across five Asian and African countries, overseeing 15 subsidiaries and 30,000 employees. There, he drove localization, built leadership pipelines, improved workforce efficiency, and established a recognized “best employer” culture, including the successful launch of a new factory in Vietnam. Building on this foundation, he has since taken on consulting and interim executive roles, applying his deep HR expertise to reduce attrition, rebuild performance systems, and lead HRM excellence programs for global brands. Beyond HR, he has also led supply-chain optimization, restructuring, and M&A initiatives, including serving as interim GM in precision manufacturing to streamline operations and raise profitability from 4 times.
